ICA’s shares trade on the BMV and on Over the Counter (OTC) market in the form of American Depositary Shares.  The stock ticker symbol is ICA on the BMV. The trading ticker symbol is ICAYY on OTC market.

As of July 8th, 2016, ICA voluntarily delisted its ADSs from the NYSE. ADSs began trading on the OTC market on july 22th, 2016.”

ICA carried out its IPO with simultaneous listings on the Mexican Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange in April 1992.

ICA does not expect to declare or pay any cash or other dividends on our common stock, as we intend to reinvest cash flow generated by operations in our business.
